    Notes
    • Pauline's godparents are: parrain Benjamin Saindon (?related to AngeleSaindon--mar. Cyprien Dionne, who probably was godfather to ArthemiseDionne, Saturnin's and Scholastique's daughter--or ArthemiseSaindon--mar. Bruno Lauzier, neighbor in Bradley, ME?), marrainGenevieve Hudon (Her father John's sister).

There is no headstone marking her grave.

Polly died either August 15, 1916 in Old Town, Penobscot County, Maineat age 77 years and 25 days old (per her newspaper obituary), or diedApril 15, 1916 and was buried April 18 (per the St. Joseph's CatholicChurch records, which also shows 77 years of age], in Old Town,Penobscot County, Maine. It seems likely that the church record is thecorrect one, and that her obituary was not published for severalmonths, thus accounting for the date difference. At the time of herdeath, Pauline had been living with her daughter, Odâelie/AdelineLandry in Old Town. She had been ill for several months. She died of"fastenance" (not eating?) per the church's record.
